I was making my online pickup order for Walmart yesterday before work, and shortly after got an ad for this through Walmart. Original price was $170, but it was down to $59.99, so I had to grab it up, so stoked for when it comes in this week.

Great video, kinda trashy stuff, helmet on halo 3, or even the sculpture of reach was miles better. This seems like a bunch of cheap items thrown in a box and sold as a collectors edition

@@QuintonLeo Im sorry but the Regular standard case and steelbook case are not a mistake… Walmart had 2 versions that either came with the standard or the steelbook. One of the collectors editions came with the standard case for $159.99 and the Steelbook case version was sold at $169.99 If you got the standard case then most likely you purchased the standard collector at the $159.99 cost. Sorry, but I dont think that was Walmart’s fault since there are 2 versions of that collector edition and the only mistake is missing the Developers note. That is their fault.

No note in mine. It’s shown in the photo, but the actual description on Walmart’s site only mentions everything else. I suspect the note was canceled at some point, but no updated picture was ever provided.

I got the steelbook version as well as my friend and we both did not see any developers note in neither. Walmart sucks. They leave out the note that they advertise as well as they still did not email my Pre order bonus DLC.

For anyone who’s planning on buying one or at least wondering if it’s worth it. Short answer is no. I pre ordered mines back when the game first released and I was really excited to have it in my hands since I have every single halo legendary edition (except for halo 5). I knew this was gonna be the last Halo game ever so I wanted to make sure this would be my last time buying the legendary edition. To my expectations, they were unfortunately crushed. I was happy to receive the art book and steelcase but the box was missing the signature from the developers. Apparently some people who bought the collection edition also had the same issue as me. I was also really disappointed by the fact that it was literally just a bunch of merchandise that you can just buy online or at GameStop or target. Nothing in this collection was special besides the art book and steelcase. It really disappointed me and felt like I was robbed. A year later I hardly play infinite now and I look back at the days when I was young and how special those legendary editions were to my childhood. They weren’t just a box filled with junk like it is now but actual items worth collecting that have value. Hell even reading as well. This box of junk is not worth buying, save your money on something worth spending

The console is the best for Halo you get the game plus 6000 rewards points added to your account for just adding the game for free as like you paid $60 when you didn’t plus the Halo series X looks way better then the xbox series x that’s just black

Didn't even know there is a collectors edition. Seems not to be worth the money. The plasma pistol is kinda cool and the art book seems to be awesome. The remaining things are kiddo stuff. Cheap crap they throw into the box to let it look like it's worth the money, but it isn't. Especially the campaign is not worth a full price game. Mostly guly cheap shit... Especially the sword. Better make it by yourself. What a disappointing low budget collectors edition.

@@opengizmo1586 Yes, they should have planned for a better collector edition instead of secretly dropping one. They should make one of detailed hover Vehicle models with a magnetic base. So, it can Hover on the display stand… Something like What “Kidlogic” made with the hovering Delorean.. The collector box could have been made way better with cools art work on it to make it display worthy! Like some nice scenery in the background and. It just a green box with the logo on it is lame! Collector packaging along with all items should be epic! No good efforts were put in to this and they thought of it last second.
