I don't see it as a sad thing. It may be over a decade old, but the graphics certainly aged like wine. It's also still available to play on the MCC, custom games and all.

Lots of places had collisions just a matter of figuring out how to break the game to get past them, halo 2 was really notable for this with the maps: "burial mounds", "foundation", "district", and "headlong". Good ol times being told that's how you get the golden warthog xD

Yeah that whole map is mostly solid, definitely had fun wondering around for hours back then My favorite place was the bits of small land

I spent hours and hours playing a custom infection game with max speed and jump height. You can actually get there pretty easily and the whole thing has collision
