I also got this and did not have the master blaster skull active. I was doing H2 legendary playthrough completion with scarab, envy and bandanna. Unlocked somewhere in the middle of the game.

hammerpunch1 Who is coding these achievements!? They had issues with Spartan Assault achievements, too. I guess Halo 4 and CEA were fine when they came out, but 2 out of 4 isn't great.

If someone needs it, the person who "can't" shoot any weapon, can only shoot the plasma pistol. I just checked and yeah. XD That fan help with Elites and Jackals.

yea lol on my H2 LASO run i got all the "run through this level without using a vehicle on legendary" achievements even when i used vehicles. MCC achievements are weird.
