I don't know. Watching live clips of him struggle to play the simplest of solos leave a lot of doubt of his ability. He did not play at all On MOL, one song on BDB ( according to Dennis book) session guys also covered some of his solos on Schools Out and Killer. But, he sure looked cool.

I think as the bands musical ability progressed Glen couldn't keep and I'm sure his alcohol abuse didn't help. It is ashame though how it seems that Vincent wasn't there to help this guy out since they seem to be friends from school and Glenn G.B. is immortalized in the song Public Enemy #9 of the Schools Out album..... obviously I don't know for sure and who am I to judge but as I stated the original band was the real deal. To bad Vincent who kicked the music aside for the theatrics and trying to go aka David Lee Roth and going hollywood along with Ezrin influence to go solo caused the demise of the original band. Michael Bruce was the real talent and songwriter in that band anyway....in my opinion

What fun for Dennis. These guys did a good job. I had a high school band and we did this, back around 1973. (Poor kids at those dances.) Very fun to watch Dennis doing it. The drummer did a great job. Our drummer wasn't "on it" like that guy. Dennis said they pieced this together from all kinds of musical scraps the guys had banging around. Vincent F. was tinkering with the lyrics up to this version. The "demo" version that's out there, he's singing different lyrics. Me and my bros were hanging overhead while the band came up a gangway at a Minneapolis stadium. We called out "Glen! Neal! Dennis!" The two guys who reached their hands up to us, being real good to their fans, were Neal and Dennis.

I LIVED for the Alice Cooper Group and EACH member were so very important to us. Still are. Dennis Dunaway on bass was an absolute pioneer in the heavy rock genres. He dared to be musical AND powerful. There were several emerging rock bass players in the early 1970s that were really carving out a unique spot for that instrument:DD, Glen Cornick (Jethro Tull), Lemmy ( Hawkwind), Chris Squire (Yes), Billy Sheehan (you need to know him) and others. These people meant a lot to us. This was a great cover. I know every note, every beat. I CLEARLY recall every original member of AC and their individual contributions to rock. . We HAD the Pretties for You album brand new and Easy Action. Bob Ezrin did save the day when Love it to Death came out in 1971. That fucking group invented SO many standard music and genre staples that are STILL being used now. Help me GOD. wow!

They really nailed it, and great to see Dennis still has his chops and still having fun playing the one song that really showcased his bass playing to begin with. Halo Of Flies is probably the most musically complex song the AC group ever put together (I'm sure Bob Ezrin had a good hand in it as well). I remember listening to this when I was only 14, in awe of the whole song, so many great parts and changes, and even back then totally loving those groovy bass parts Dennis does on it. I'm not normally into cover bands, but having DD onstage with them brought me here. Great job!!!

Hell yeah!!! Dennis still got it!! What Alice Cooper (the band) had was an awesome power & energy, due largely to the great rhythm section of Neal Smith & Dennis Dunnaway!! They were tight and had a big, fat, beefy, monstrous sound!! It's so great to see and hear Dennis performing this epic track from the Killer album, and on the same Fender bass that he used to record it, and has had for all these years. Kick ass!!! Excellent!!!
