I commend him for taking care of his child! I feel the same way about my children, I think everybody do that have children and love them with their whole heart; they will do anything for their child/children. I carried a whole live person in my body for 9 months and suffered through those labor pains, there is nothing I want do for my children, they are a part of me, they were attached to my body, it's easy for the father that just cut the cord like my husband did, but he did not suffer through none of that pain period. I'm glad he was there; he got to do the easy part. There are a lot of men out there too that has to take care of their child/children for various reasons, and I commend them for being a stand-up father. If you seed that child, then yes you have the responsibility of taking care of that child and if the parents are no longer together you still have shared responsibilities even though you are no longer together, and I'm not obligated to have any more children by you so that my child want have a stepbrother or stepsister. Life happens, you still have to be a father to that child regardless. I'm not going to stay with a person because we have a child together if our relationship or marriage is stressing or depressing me, ain't no way. I love me and I will take care of me and my children, but you will do your part.
