Wyatt Lou you got that ending part right: they're still kids, she's nervous. she's never exactly really interacted with a partner in a dance about love before, you see. it's new for her, she will get there. sean and kaycee have a bond, it runs deep. i see him both waiting and captivated, he's definitely happy overall, that dimpled smile makes its way on his face, the crowd cheers at his antics and valiantly covering up for his partner, and all is well. he's happy to dance w her, despite all of that. in the livestream, they originally called up just sean -- they jojo told kaycee to join him and he got so happy and they hugged. it's all good.

i love watching JoJo and Donovan dance together. They're so good at matching each other's flow and vibe whenever they're partnered together and even when partnered with another dancer as evidenced in past class videos from other choreographers. I love Haley's technique and flexibility, there's such a natural flow when she dances. Sage's technique is impeccable, definitely the best in this class video.

Kaycee and Sean are so amazing and impeccable when they dance together on a CHOREOGRAPHY. When it comes to freestyle, i feel like seans always waiting for kaycee to interact with him. It's obvious that kaycee is still very young and maybe doing romantic improv might make her uncomfortable. I applause sean for never invading her space tho. I've seen a lot of duets when one of the dancers got aggresive and trying so hard to make connection with their partner but ended up looked forced.

Can we just notice how Sean and Kaycee are giving each other space to shine during freestyle and that's totally unplanned? Like they are so well connected probably they know who will shine better and where. Like @ 10:50 everyone's eyes are at Sean because it's about the musicality and Sean catches beats better and Kaycee is doing a simple move and letting him have his moment. But from 11:01 Kaycee takes the flow to the next level and Sean lets her have her moment till the end. And then he imitates her moves at the end being a complete goofball and that's a way to tell everyone the move which Kaycee did was really great and on point. I mean Sean and Kaycee as artists understand and respect each other so much and connect on such deep levels which is hard to find nowadays.

The reason why Kaycee didn't respond to Sean is because the choreo shows that the girl has bad commitment to relationships before so she's captivating the emotions for the dance routine which is basically her character is pushing herself away from Sean's character because she has bad commitment issues. Hope I explain that right :)
