Okay so I've figured it all out. In Car Radio, Tyler talks about how he just sits in silence. In Drive, Ashley(Halsey) talks about how she just sits in silence waiting for a sign. So, as we know, Josh and Ashley are dating. Well since Tyler is in love with Josh, he got jealous. He then decided to steal Halsey's car radio and make HER sit in silence. Hence this song.
