When I first heard this song, I saw it as a bi anthem and was very happy because I identified as bi and I truly was bad at love. But now, coming back to it, I see that (at least for me), it's about an aromantic who doesn't understand why they can never be in a proper relationship. The line "You were the one that could finally fix me," really stuck out to me, because whenever I had the opportunity, I would jump headfirst into a relationship, thinking I would finally feel something. I know that that's probably not what it's about, but I find comfort in this song, because it describes my journey in figuring out my romantic orientation and the frustration that I felt perfectly.
