Namaskar Sir, Hope all is well! Could you please share some practical ways to control anger? I've tried what Osho and Eckhart Tolle suggest-being aware, watching the anger-but nothing seems to work. I'm exhausted and sick of my anger. I get angry for no reason and keep thinking about it all day and night. This cold anger is eating me up inside. I was bullied during my college days and have experienced many instances, both at work and personally, where I couldn't express myself when I was insulted. I work from home remotely and have been living in Germany for the past four years. Sitting alone in my room makes it worse, though I try to go for evening walks and do weight training. Despite making motivational videos, I'm failing miserably when it comes to managing my own anger. What should I do? Very practical advice 🙏🙏🙏

I'll try to make a video on anger...but right now.. a few suggestions : (1) MEDITATION.. i don't know if you already meditate...if not , start today..there are a few videos on my channel ....try SITTING meditation /WALKING meditation / staying MINDFUL while doing any activity.. also do COMPASSION meditation forgiving those who insulted/hurt you ever ( 2 ) whenever anger arises , feel ten breaths before expressing anger through physical action or violent thinking ( 3 ) express VOLUNTARY ANGER through drama.......i mean you are not really angry at the time but just acting...speak your dialogues LOUDLY.....then ,when the scene is over watch your mind for a few minutes..(4) talk GIBBERISH loud and fast whenever anger begins to arise...for two minutes or longer(5) LAUGH LOUDLY AND CONTINUOUSLY .....for 7 minutes.....start with 2-3 minutes and then increase the time upto 7 minutes or more......in the beginning laughter may not come naturally..does't matter...pretend as if it's natural laughter , and you'll be surprised that very soon it does become natural ( 6 ) dance vigorously for 30 minutes or more to instrumental classical music (7) eat natural food......NO BAKERY STUFF/NO PROCESSED/PRESERVED FOOD as much as possible.. ...
