Good morning 🙏 just done my morning prayers. Jai Mata Di. Aap Ka chulah to mujhe mere Woh Dino ki Yaad dilata jab mein 6-7 year ki thee.exactly the same environment. During those days only Angeethi or chullah.. phir dinner ke bad meethi meethi aag pe Gur chuleh ki aag pe garam Kar ke sath garam garam dhoodh peene Ka swad..wah . I still have cup of milk with Gur or khajoor or Chyawanprash. Alternative pattern. Preeti ji desi ghee to hum bhi bhot khave hein😃 Love your colourful dals, vegetables. Seeds are source of great energy. Pahadi seeds especially of Himalaya area are more powerful as per Ayurveda. Cooking Rice in rice cooker is contraindicated in Ayurveda as the Kapha part in rice cause Phlegm oriented diseases. Cooking rice in open vessel and sacrifice water or Kanji is good. The family together at food is a great scene and feast to the eyes. we pray Almighty to bless Punjabi Trekker to progress ahead .
