My IRN absolutely LOVES his sink tub lolol he loves the toys, the water, the faucet - he turns it on and off just for funsies. He didn't even need time to look at it, he saw me unpack it and flew immediately to it before I was even finished. Just goes to show that even if birds are the exact same species, they have their own personalities 😂❤

I had 2 and they lasted a week. I'm an engineer so I opened it up. The motor inside is a cheap little toy motor they rusts in days and seized. Chinese garbage. There's no good parrot shower anywhere I can find

Why don’t you just build a parrot shower? Should be pretty easy for an engineer. (You don’t need to be an engineer to open a toy sink. Strange you would feel the need to mention it.) Just go to a hardware store for parts. Post it on KZbin once you are done.

I got one just like that (except for the color) for my cockatiel. He showed no interest in it whatsoever. They are pretty picky about what they will and will not use.

Lol😂 I bought the same bath for my birds an Alexandrine King ringneck and my Lorrikeet to play with and have fun, but no, it's too scarry😂. Silly parrots. I think the noise of the motor scares them. I think Ham is the same.💙🐦. Much love 😊👍

We just bought or Linnies an Anione Flower 1,5L drinking fountain usually for cats or small dogs, it's big enough that they can easily stand in the bottom of the bowl and also lie down and roll around a bit in it, but it's very quiet and the water just flows out of the flower head instead of a "hard" spray, we tried with a toy sink aswell but they didn't like it but the new one they love :)

My Andy Birdo doesn’t like the toy sink I bought him either. 2 years later, still only wants to take a bath in his water bowl. LOL IRNs are nuts! 😂❤️ Mine likes it when I spray him with a water bottle when he takes his bath.

My mom’s Hahns macaw used to love being blow dried so she’d bathe in her water bowl ha ha but a real bath is always hit or miss in my experience.

I have this item (2nd one of this style but third overall) for my lorikeet on the floor in the bathroom. Bought the first version a couple of years ago. He uses it every couple of days. Try taking out the wire rack and just add the items that Ham can pick up easily; to throw in or out of the water

Same experience here with a bath like yours. My bird drank a little from the tap, but no way he was getting in😅 He favores his good old wiskey tumbler for bathing, trying to stick his butt in, wich is impossable, but still 😋
