Very nice video! I hope HMC will improve their criteria and treatment of healthcare professionals. As observed in the Operating Room, only locals and Indians are given the opportunity to be promoted to a higher position while other nationalities are left behind. For HMC to be truly competitive, it must treat everybody equally without prejudice. Criteria for promotion should be fair and the same across the corporation. Let us observe if there will be changes in this area in the next few months.
