Thanks for information: Please also tell us 1. How to identify genuine bills? 2. Are we completely hopeless if sold a product with a fake bill ? 3. What evidence can we gather to show that a shopkeeper is refusing to give a genuine bill or a shopkeeper is selling defective items advertently or if he is selling items at a price higher than MRP? Is capturing a video enough?

Please note that the compainant's legal heir/representative resides in Maharashtra and the non applicants doctors are carrying their hospitals & clinics at Bangalore. Son was working at Bangalore and he took treatments at Bangalore but died at Nagpur. Whether complainant can file complaint in Maharashtra Dist.Consumer Disp.redressal Commission,Nagpur instead of District CDRC Bangalore. Is there any provision? Pl advise .
