‘Hamas murdered them’: Israel receives ‘crushing news’ about bodies recovered in Gaza

Israel government spokesperson David Mencer has called out Hamas for “murdering” a hostage after the body of a 53-year-old man was found inside a tunnel in Rafah.
The Israeli military says it has recovered two bodies from inside Gaza.
One of the bodies has been identified as Youssef Ziyadne, who was abducted alongside his son during the October 7 attack.
“A crushing set of news for our people,” Mr Mencer told Sky News Australia.
“We had hoped, even though we are now at 460 days, that this man and his son would be found alive, but, sadly, Hamas have murdered them.”

This reminds me of a scene in the movie called "Demolition Man", where the villain Simon Phoenix told the hero John Spartan that the thirty hostages he had were already dead. That he had killed them, and he used their bodies as a last weapon to falsely accuse Spartan that it was his fault the hostages were killed. I think Hamas has done this; killing hostages and making it so that it is the IDF's fault, and its been using the bodies of both the hostages and their own people as weapons in media and social war that is painting Israel in a bad light. Also, the definition of civilian and young ones are different in the eyes of Hamas, Hezbollah and Palestine. Different when compared to most countries, and they use that differences to their advantage in the social media war they are using against Israel.
