It looks bad and it is….but not as bad as you think because hamas had 24 battalions (24000 fighters) and now apparently they are down to 2 (2,000 fighters). And since they include combatants in their casualty numbers that means you have to subtract 22,000 from your number to get the civilian count…which is terrible….but less than half of what the claim is….which makes it average for a war. This is why the house voted to not accept the casualty claims coming from Hamas.
