As a mother, I cannot begin to imagine how much pain and shock one can go through knowing that your child just got shot and died in front of you. In front of your family. This story broke me… I had seen parts of their terror when the attack first happened and anytime I saw a glimpse of this family, I avoided the video because the children broke my heart. Their innocence gone. The cries for their sister and the father’s bloody hands. The heartache transcended the camera. I sobbed and I sobbed once more just now watching and listening to the whole story. I am glad most of them are alive. My deepest sympathy for the loss of their daughter and the kidnapped father.

Yes, I lost my 23 yo son, suddenly, in 2020, and I was on autopilot at his funeral, trying to help everyone else. I think, looking back, it was a coping mechanism. Yes, the pain is unbearable. My second day after was the worst. My heart breaks for these families. To lose a child is so painful, and to think some were tortured in front of their parents. I am so sorry for your loss too. They employed the men who slaughtered them in their farms, they took them to the hospitals in Israel, they provided for them. And they were slaughtered, raped, mutilated, beheaded, and their babies burned alive. Please explain to me - defend herself from what? What they knew would come after they did this to the sons and daughters and grandparents of the Jewish nation? They were planning to pre-empt the war from Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Yemen, and hopefully drag into it the other Arab states surrounding them. THAT was why they did it. Im so shocked and in tears to see what this family has just went through. Nothing will bring back the joy and love this family had….hope the father comes back safe. I’m heartbroken for their 18 year old daughter. The younger brother who couldn’t believe his sister was gone. Too much for this family to endure. How can supporters of Hamas in US justify this? How can young people in US colleges and schools who can’t even name all the capitals of US can justify these killings and support Hamas without knowing the history of that region. I’m an immigrant from India and I’m a Hindu. We never support killing of innocents even if they’re our enemies. My kids growing up here know terrorists are not good regardless of religious beliefs. So how come so many immigrant supporters in US don’t get it? Clearly US is filling the evil in the name of diversity. It’s a wake up call. When they out grow in population, they’ll over power you. So many prestigious colleges in the US have had their morals and ethics eroded away (ironically) by this extreme, radical leftist ideology that they think is "progressive" or "woke", you have professors there who are quite literally indoctrinating young people and that is reinforced by peer pressure to "fit in" and think like their other fellow students think as well. Not all of us Americans are supportive of our government letting all these so called asylum seekers enter our country like they are. They know nothing of these people's backgrounds, though I am sure not all have bad intentions. I for one do not support Hamas' ideals, being American. I am of mostly German descent with some Swedish mixed in. My mother's side of the family, were here for some generations, that's where the Swedish blood comes from. My paternal grandparents immigrated from Germany before WW2. They and their sons and daughter were farmers mostly. My grandfather made handmade inlaid wood products like jewelry boxes, full size grandfather clocks, checkerboard tables and picture frames. He was also well known for breeding and raising canaries. The reason I'm bringing him and my grandmother, his wife up. Before Hitler came into power, my Grandfather liked his ideals, but as time went on, he didn't. So he made the decision to move his family as it was at that time to America.
