Your message is not clear about the one million dalasis given by Barrow to munyagen, That project was initiated by the people of munyagen,and the people of that village spent huge amount of money in that project before Barrow gave them one million dalasis and said its my contribution to the project but he (Barrow)didn't sponsor that project (purr mu lerr rek)wahsalam.
