good presentation. wondering how they can claim "tolerant to the loss of one of its LTUs" at 45:20s. if 1 LTU lost, how they manage the asymmetry and if need to shut down one on the opposite side... ?

In summary then, unless the regulator can be convinced that the current legal minimum reserve energy for helos can safely be cut in half for eVTOL then this is all impossible in the short to mid term. And I certainly do not see how that can genuinely happen for IFR. So what is going to happen is a BS rationale for reducing this minimum will be invented specifically to enable this sector, just so the regulator is not accused of “standing in the way of innovation”.
