Hamburg Innenstadt firehouse responds Die Feuerwehr Hamburg Innenstadt reagiert auf einen Alarm

We are at quarters of Hamburg Feuer und Rettungswache (Fire and Rescue Watch) Station 11 in the Innenstadt (Inner City) section of Hamburg, Germany, where we see the engine, ladder truck, and Battalion Chief, as they respond to an automatic alarm. On the ceiling is a light panel which shows the companies that are responding; HLF 1 is the engine, DL is the ladder, and KLF is the Chief. HLF stands for Hilfeleistungslöschgruppenfahrzeug and is a standard fire engine (assistance fire fighting). KLF stands for Kleinlöschfahrzeug is a small fire-fighting vehicle and is used for the Chief. DL stands for Drehleiter and is a turntable ladder. The engine is a Mercedes-Benz Atego 1629 AF with a Magirus chassis. The ladder truck is also a Mercedes, with a Rosenbauer chassis and a 30 meter ladder. The Chief's van is also a Mercedes, but I am unsure of the model. Enjoy the view of the response, as well as the sounds of the Martin's Horns as the trucks respond. Wir befinden uns im Quartier der Hamburger Feuer- und Rettungswache (Feuer- und Rettungswache) Station 11 im Abschnitt Innenstadt von Hamburg, Deutschland, wo wir die Lokomotive, den Leiterwagen und den Bataillonschef sehen, wie sie auf einen automatischen Alarm reagieren . An der Decke befindet sich eine Leuchttafel, die die teilnehmenden Unternehmen anzeigt; HLF 1 ist der Motor, DL ist die Leiter und KLF ist der Chief. HLF steht für Hilfeleistungslöschgruppenfahrzeug und ist ein Standard-Feuerwehrfahrzeug (Assistance Fire Fighting). ELW is used for the chief, not the KLF. ELW stands for EinsatzLeitungWagen. Writing this, while in front of this fire station! 😉

Very nice video and also great to see that people from other countries are interested in the Hamburg fire brigade. 😍 Also a very good and detailed info text... I only have to correct you on a small point, in Hamburg the vehicles are called HLF, thats 100% right, but they are not Hilfeleistungslöschgruppenfahrzeug they are rather be called HamburgLöschFahrzeuge because these are based on a different standard (guideline for building vehicles) And The Chief's van ist a Mercedes Sprinter 🤗
