1. If there is no bike lane, you will have to ride on the road. 2. If you ride on a bike lane and are not allowed to ride on the road, you must turn left either through a traffic light, or through a pedestrian crossing, but you must get off the bike. If driving is allowed on the street, behave as if you were driving a car. If left turns are allowed, you must lane accordingly.
