Why have you the feeling this is not Germany? In Hamburg life so many Nations! The Steindamm is a Drug and Prostitude Street! And many Tourists going along the Street because they are sheap Hotels! The Street is the Exit from the Centralstation! It's a drug criminal hotspot but you will buy in a Shop never make stress if you be cool!
