I am from India. after august 1947, pakistan sent armed intruders alongwith regular army to Kashmir, after which maharaj hari sing's accession to india took place. Md. Li Jinnah was GG of pakistan at that time. My question to barrister Hamid Bhasani- was that invasion carried out with permission from sri Jinnah? yes or no? what was the reaction of him after the war? request to bhasani sir to discuss detail of this. thanks

Hamid Basani sir u forgot to mention a V.V Important fact of History that The Monarch of Kashmir did ask then Prime Minister Nehru to send forces to help him fight the pak intruders (kabalis) but denied saying it's not Indian territory which he agreed only after Maharaja Hari Singh signed the TREATY OF ACCESSION TO INDIA

I don't think that will solve anything at all. Minorities in India (as well as in every other country) have always been vulnerable and misrepresented, or worse in a corrupt country like India, possibly not represented at all. To suggest a migratory movement from mainland India and encourage settlement in the Kashmir region is not a well thought solution, and in fact in my opinon, not a solution at all. It wont stop the mischief of Indian politics, and specifically the HINDU population? why?

Mr Bashani starts off claiming that others are distorting and making a mockery of history. He has done not bad himself in this interview! He presents out of context and inchronological facts to present his viewpoint. This is not history - its another attempt at distortion of J&K history.The involvement of tribals, and Pakistan and the looting is not doubted, he conveniently forgets the national movement and the sacrifices of the J&K people who drove out the Dogra forces and the brutal Dogra raj.
