I have one of these, use it all the time... The only downside is no power button, just plug in or out and the beeper volume is kinda low but it does make great sandwiches. Some company should make ham, turkey, sausage, etc.. and cheese and bread pre-cut for this.

I used Canadian bacon on mine and cooked the egg and pierced the yoke. You I used sliced Velveeta at the bottom of the English muffin before adding meats.

What a pain !! I just bought one from thrift store for 6 bucks to use that insert for cooking eggs in my flat cast iron pan. Toss the heating element cooker out ! You'll save a lot of time.

We got a top of the line Hamilton beach coffee maker years ago...I got it for mom for xmas...it's what she wanted...anyway it burnt out less than a year....Hamilton beach was awesome n replaced it with a new one no prob....the second 1 burnt out less than a year....we gave up lol....but they so stand behind their products
