Great job. So glad I found you. Just bought the same model. suddenly I'm not afraid to use it. Like you I just want the taste of actual fried anything. especially French fries. Breaded and fried is the only way I like okra. Question: How do you store the oil for reuse? Does it need to be refrigerated?

I generally just leave it in the fryer unless I know I’m not gonna be using it for an extended period. Some people pour it back in the bottle it came in and leave it on the counter.
