Hi, I was wondering how well does the chopper work because it looked like you had some trouble with the chopper, I love the idea of a two in one but it just saves space especially if you have a small kitchen like I do. And I need both appliances now since I dropped my food processor and I've been using a baby bullet for my protein shakes but it doesn't do ice anyways I hope you can let me know about the chopper and how well it works :)

Esta licuadora no es buena elección, no funciona como esta supuesta a hacerlo. Para poder triturar que es lo único que hace debe ponerse por tiempo indefinido hasta lograr algo. No recomendada.

You will if you like to do some specific stuff... Like peanut butter out of dry peanuts or some other stuff. Each person has their needs. If you are just gonna make smoothies then your choice makes absolutely all sense.

Even though it's glass I'm sure it wasn't meant for boiling hot water or liquids. You would probably want to cool it down to a respectable warm where you can eat or drink it.

don't use nuts but I use frozen bananas broken in half. handles them well.

i buy a similar blender, model 58148 recently. a first sight look enough powerful to crush ice. my only claim after buyed is know about another model, the 58146, look the same but cost a quarter less expensive. and no differences :... really 58146, 58147, 58148 are the same stuff. sorry my bad english :)

I agree but some people like it sweeter or else it would be too bland. I didn't have any honey at home so I had to do with sugar.

I love starting the day with a cup of water and vitamins. Then I eat fruit followed by yogurt. After all that, I eat a meal which has protein and carbs say a microwaveable dinner or soup. It's suggested that the breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day after a night without food.

No prob. I hope it works well and lasts long for you. So far I've only blended smoothies in it as I use my older blender for raw meat or for cooking. It's good to have more than 1 blender or at least the container part.

I do still have it but I rarely use it. I have probably used it less than 12 times since buying it. I assume it still works fine as there have been no issues.

Is this the 450 watts of the 700 watts version? Because they are exactly the same in design and model number the only thing that changes is the watt power engine.

Jay Rule I would pay $100 for a quiet blender. I live with roomates who wake up at 12. I wake up at 5am to smash Gym, So I have to always use the blender in the afternoons and evenings but I'm eating food in the evenings not smoothies.

That comes with it. It's the chopper for spices/nuts etc.

Well the garlic got caught near the bottom so it was hard to chop it. I think it's meant for bigger food that is not as hard as garlic. I think it should work fine.

You rotate it counterclockwise to loosen and clockwise to tighten until it snaps.
