I have the blue dial & blue leather strap Jazzmaster and it's stunning! It's a dress watch that looks modern and doesn't have the grandpa vibe as many other dress watches.

I appreciate you doing this video. There isn’t too much content on the jazzmaster quartz. I’m a self proclaimed quartz enthusiast, and always thought this was a nicer versatile, sporty/dressy quartz option

Actually, what would be really nice is if they made a quartz version of the jazzmaster performer, so you could get the increased water resistance and sporty bezel. Even better would be to use the longines high accuracy quartz movement in it.

I actually enjoy quartz watches better. I just hate to always have to reset my date and time. I enjoy just picking a watch up knowing it’s accurate it’s so nice

@@greginaustinTX I agree with everything you said. For me, as a child of the 80s, I grew up knowing nothing but quartz watches, so I find I have an emotional connection to the tick tick tick. That’s not to say I don’t like mechanicals, I own several, and every time I put one on there’s definitely a certain type of wearing experience that I enjoy. But the vast majority of the time, it’s a quartz watch that finds its way onto my wrist.

I have the same watch and it is a really great watch. Although it has been used for over ten years, it is still accurate and clean.

Quartz watches, for many reasons, are better than automatics in my personal opinion: more accurate, cheaper with the same build quality, minimal maintenance. I agree with you. This watch is great! It has been on my wishlist for a while, and will be acquired very soon. Nice video, thank you!

I’ve been eyeing this watch (silver dial with black strap ver) for awhile now. Such a beautiful watch indeed, I don’t know if it’s gonna fit my 7.5” wrist though. Any thoughts?
