After 6 years living in an apartment, 3 of those with young children especially the last year during the pandemic with restrictions. We've realised we need a house with a garden for all of us. The children couldn't understand why our outdoor activity was restricted. This is our last year here. I hope you make a decision that suits all of you especially little Hami. I love how u r looking carefully for a house that suits ur family My parents accepted my grandparents authority nd lived with them so as kids we grew up in a very unstable environment ( fights since it was a big family) we also lived in an industrial area so we didnt go out at all due to lack of safety nd at nightime drunk ppl sit by our door nd start shouting nd honking with their cars ... it was basically a nightmare

Im also happy and excited this year despite of pandemic still there is a good thing that happened to our family 😊 finally we are waiting for the turn over of our new house,we called it a "rent to own house" here in the Philippines, we been approved last feb 5, after 8 years of renting in different apartments, it's a relief for us because we will have our own, soon i will embrace the rural living but it's ok, i know that i have to take some time to adjust the surrounding, it's a new journey for me for ours, a bit thrilling and exciting.

Our town has over 175K people & we have LOTS of apartments (it is a college town) & lots of houses, but they are crazy expensive. We are looking right now for a new home. We also rent, but would only do an apartment if we were desperate. We need a yard for our pets & my husband's sanity.

부모님이 집 알아보러 다니는 걸 좋아하셔서 얘기를 들어보면 여름엔 계절에 푸르름에 반해서 홀딱 계약 한다는 우스갯 소리도 있더라고요 ㅎㅎ 듣고보니 겨울에 보러다니는 것도 좋은 것 같아요. 여름에 고려하지 못하는 것들을 체크 할 수 있으니까요. 많은 걸 고려하셔야겠지만 그래도 그 중 가장 예쁘고 편하고 알맞는 집을 구하시기 바래요 푸히히 영상 잘 보고 있어요❤

맞아요.. 햇살 들어오고 창밖에 나뭇잎들 살랑거리면 마음을 홀딱 뺏기고 말죠 :D 예뻐서 막 고민하다가 부동산에서 '지금 다른사람이 계약하러 온다고한다' 하면 바로 좌불안석되면서 나도모르게 계약금을 입금하고 있고.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 지금은 겨울이라 그런집이 없지만, 아직 시간이 있으니까 벚꽃피고 녹음 푸르를때 또 예쁜 동네들 구경다녀올게요! 영상 봐주셔서 감사하고, 새해 복 많이 받으세요! ^^

집을 짓는건 정말 큰일이고 엄청난 에너지가 필요한 일인것같아요. 저희가 얼마전 집을 지어보니 정말 힘들어요.짓고나면 너무 뿌듯한데..과정이 정말 힘들더라구요. 생각보다 인입비용이 비싸요. 전기,수도,가스 들여오는비용. 그런게 갖추어져있는지 공사할때 차량이 입출입이 용이한지도 잘 봐야할것같아요. 주택에서 이쁘게 잘 사실것같아요 다음 집도 기대해봅니다~

Loved it and loved your recipe! Life is one big mystery. I remember when I had just gotten married, all I wanted was a large house with a room for books and crafts. One for guests. One for each child I would have. Now that my kids are a little older, still under 12 but older, all I want is a small one floor house (we call it a bungalow in Canada) in the city near universities for the future. Life moves fast. We change our styles and preferences many times too and that's ok :)

주택이 지금의 삶을 사는 것에는 장점이 많지만, 한국에서는 아파트가 미래가치가 있기 때문에.. 현실적으로 고민되는 부분들이 많이 있네요.. 지금은 코로나이후로 신도시 주택들이 너무 비싸져서, 또 다른 고민들이 생겼구요 😭 쉽지 않겠지만, 올해안에는 뭔가 결정을 하긴 해야할 것 같아요! :)

I grew up in a (as you call it a detached home) moved to an apartment after I finished school and got a job in the city (hated it lol) missed the quietness, clean air etc. The noise and crowdedness drove me nuts. Got married and we bought a home. We finally built our dream home and rasied our children there, big yard etc. I hope you are able to figure it out for your little family.

하미마미님 영상 내용이 정말 공감되서 보면서 눈을 뗄수가 없었어요. 마음에 드는 곳은 예산 걱정이 되고 예산에 맞추자니 100% 마음에 드는 곳은 안 보이고...그 중간을 맞춰가는게 쉬운 듯 하면서도 참으로 어렵고 하지만 그런 과정이 또 즐겁기도 하고 낯선 여행지를 걷는 기분과 비슷하기도 한 것 같아요. 저도 내년에는 이사할 곳을 알아봐야 하는 상황이라 감정 이입이 많이 되었는데 최적의 장소를 찾으시길 바래요 😊 오늘도 영상미에 치이고 갑니다 🙈🙈

@@hamimommy 정말 삶이란게 예측 불가능한 것 같아요 그래서 좋을 때도 있고 불안할 때도 있고 양면이 있는 것 같아요. 🤔 저희는 지금 집이 아이와 함께 있기에 좁기도 하고 내년이 되어야 비과세 요건을 갖추기 때문에 그 시기 맞춰서 바로 갈아타려고 미리미리 찾아보고 있어요. 이번에 옮길 땐 15년 20년 오래 머물 곳으로 찾고 싶은데... 그래서일까요 더 까다롭게 보게 되고 마음에 들면서 예산 맞는 곳이 잘 안 보이는 거 같아요 😭😭 시간날 때마다 부지런히 발품 팔면 맘에 쏙 드는 집 찾을 수 있겠죠? 하미맘님 영상 보면서 저도 열심히 찾아봐야겠다는 생각하게 되었어요. 우리 같이 힘내요오 오늘 하루도 잘 마무리 하셔요 🥰🙏🙏

I've lived in both apartment and detached. I have to say detached is my favorite option. But both have their good side.

I totally feel you. House hunting is one of the most tiring processes we have to go through. The house is not only going to be a home for a long time but also as an investment as well, so I get how there are just too many things to consider; but it can also be fun as you try to imagine your new life there ^^ (TMI: I worked with a whole checklist when I did my house hunting, a year ago). Also, you have a wonderful family with you, every step of the way, so just take it slowly. It's not easy but as long as you know what are your priorities then you'll do lovely!

we live (my husband and I) in an apartment in the east of France. It is not very big but we feel good there. we have a beautiful terrace (this allows us to enjoy the cool of the evening in summer), the apartment is on the 10th floor and we have a magnificent view of the mountains. we live in the city but thanks to this magnificent view we sometimes feel out of time. I hope you will find the right home for you and your family. A very beautiful year.
