Generally speaking, most cats like being pet. if you pet their stomach though they WILL hiss and possibly hit or bite you (unless they are one of the few cats that don’t mind) If a cat reveals its stomach to you, it simply means they trust you a LOT, but that doesn’t mean they want you to pet it unlike with dogs

im confused af now everyone says they cant befriend a cat on the street but when i went to have a vacation in turkey, a freaking cat followed me every single night and walk between my legs, lick me, EVEN FELL ASLEEP IN MY LAP. every single street cat i found i became friends with and the place is infested with only cats barely any dogs. and as a person who LOVES animals this power is beyond great for me. literally in texas i was about to open my door and a cat spawns out of no where and starting sitting close to me and start meowing. i still am a dog person but i think cats are starting to catch up quickly

i know someone who has a rot wailer and a golden retriever and the wailer is a guard dog, he's fed, he's got enough to drink, but he's never petted or loved, but the retriever is loved ALL THE TIME, once in a while the rot wailer joins along on walks, but that's all the exercise he gets unless barking robbers away, but most of the time the wailer is shot by them. and the father is almost in dept because of it. 😞

My life has been cats, I have been with cats my entire life and I know the majority about them. First you need to know, cats are not evil, they are misunderstood creatures who are loving with people they trust. You also need to know that a cats underbelly is their most vulnerable spot and the most delicate, if they show it to you than it means they trust you, but don’t pet them cuz they think it’s a sign of aggression. Also if a cat brings you a dead animal it’s shows they love you, and if they eat it infront of you it means that they feel most safe near you. Cats are not evil!!!!!! They are misunderstood!!!!!!!

Not all cats are bad, foe example, my cat is very nice and would never bite, heck, when I get a dog once he was scared because he never knew the existence of other creatures as small as him and being a doh, he ran everytime for the first 2 weeks, then he got used to the dog, my cat is really nice though, he would even do the opposite of attacking the new person and simply run and watch at a safe distance.

I'm a cat person so here's some tips if a cat rolls over and shows their tummy don't pet it unless you're friendship is super strong.If you want a strong relationship with your cat slowly pet it everyday and let them do their own thing most of the time their will trian themselves,just show them their litter box and how to get in they will figure it out on their own.If you trust your cat order a tracker for their coller and let them go outside and check where they are they should find their way home.If you want to train them to do tricks ask someone else cause I don't know how to
