My Dad worked there for perhaps 30 years - he retired in 1978 or around then - we went to his party and learned stuff about our Dad we did not know - one of those things was his peers called him "Rocky".

This makes me so sad. I still buy my Hamm's here in Memphis at Kroger. Glad I can get it. Sad for the history of the old breweries in MN.

Thank you so much for sharing this! So sad to see such a massive complex brought to ruins!! My Grandpa, N.P. McLean was the first beer distributor in the state of Minnesota and his first line was Hamms❤We had Hamms paraphernalia throughout the house growing up. My fifth grade teacher was not impressed with me wearing a Hamm's T-shirt to school-lol!

Does anyone remember the restaurant in St. Paul called "Sky Blue Waters"? It was close to where Target is on Suburban Ave. Maybe where Lenscrafters was/is.

Some buildings are still starting but the ones that were torn down were apparently not useful as anything else which is ironic because nowadays they are turning random buildings into condos and etc

Yes Miller Brewing now produces Hamm's and is available in Cans only.

Now it’s Molson Coors Miller is no longer it’s Own they bought up just about all the brands I was told except Pabst & Old Style
