It's finally done. We'll now head back to an unfinished project.

No doubt, there was a way to do it much better, but I did the best I could. Regards, John

Picture frame department uh? That one would never have occurred to me John. Definitely a well considered adaption. Hobby Lobby did a brilliant job: your speaker baffle board looks superb, and it will do its job handsomely. Sure beats making your own. Many of my efforts for instance, though they mostly do the job they are intended, rarely look as good as the original. Moral to this, “If one feels part of their project would benefit from ‘that little extra’, irrespective of cost, consider placing it with the experts”. Thank you. Regards, PB.

Hey Phil, Hobby Lobby has the tools and has always had the expertise to help me, which I greatly appreciate, but it wasn't cheap. It's another reason I needed to find an S-200 speaker at a low price. Regards, John

Nice job John. Whilst I love watching you fix radios, when are we gonna see the old T-Bird back on the road? Surely there cant be much left to do on the old girl

...coming up next on the Ford, install a 6x9 speaker into the dash, and hookup to the five push button AM original Phikco radio.

Gordon, There won't be any more T-Bird until I work out this radio/speaker backlog. We're making progress. I hope to finish it up by the end of December. Regards, John

Hello John. Your speaker turned out real nice. Sounds good, too. George B

George H, I'm fairly satisfied with the outcome. A boat anchor without a matching speaker just isn't complete. I was fortunate to have picked up both for $75.00. Regards, John

John, I have this speaker, but in better condition than the one you got. I have to tell you a funny story, I was helping a Silent Key estate that contained a New in the box hammerlund speaker. I sold it to a nice old ham that I knew was starting to downsize his collection. So I asked him, why are you buying a speaker? His reply was, when I die, I plan on being cremated and my ashes will be buried in this speaker! That way I still can communicate with my favorite hobby!

Hi John good job. Over the years I know you listen to WSM I do also. Being in Michigan I get great reception at night and listen to the classic country. Now its gone it appears they changed the format. To bad I wonder what happened.

Jerry, Eddie Stubbs retired. WSM will never again be the same, my friend. Time marches on. Regards, John
