Started in 2012 when TH8 was the highest. We're getting older, and bro I'm sorry but I have to do this. BACK IN MY DAYS! An army costed an arm and a leg to train. BACK IN MY DAYS! You had to use gold to manually re-arm traps and use dark elixir to rearm Infernos and Xbows BACK IN MY DAYS! An army would take an entire day to train if you're using higher lvl troops. I still remember at heart, a SINGLE Pekka took 45 minutes to train. BACK IN MY DAYS! Heroes was even more painful to lvl up, it was just insane. It was your full time job if it wasn't for the troop training time. BACK IN MY DAYS! You could snipe town halls and get a free shield, that's what I did to protect my loot. until it was removed when TH11 dropped. BACK IN MY DAYS! Clan Wars wasn't even a thing until 2014, and I remember watching the trailer for it when it was still new. BACK IN MY DAYS! There wasn't any special items or offers that helped you progress faster. It was gems and that's it, you had to spend so much to barely progress compared to today. So much memories made from Clash, I love this game and I continue to in the future. I still have my OG base that I made back in 2012, so the pride and connection is indescribable. Well said on the grind part, it's just the truth you have to spend the time and just play the game to get the loot. There's no secret tricks or anything, just the ol' elbow grease. Glad we can let our inner oldness out in this video, it felt great lmao.

i just got a 5 mil loot while watching this video. i drop all the way from legend to master just to get this kind of loot, and im telling you its just insane how i only have 120 pieces of wall left to upgrade while 3 days ago its 220 pieces i think i will get a chance to max my base for real thanks to this hammer jam everything except some traps are being upgraded, yes il only left with the walls

I think the 50% reduction time/cost is really helpful . Hammer jam is always a must ive just upgraded to th15 so its helpful plus im using builder poitions which is really good to help progression and the loot cap upgrade is amazing only a few matches and your storages are maxed .

Yoooo Aky dont forget the hammer jam also brings down the "price" of wall rings per wall so you can also spam mad wall rings if you have some CWL medals saved up in the shop. Granted you need the CWL medals but the best part is there's no shop limit with this purchase such as the trader has. Figure itd be useful info for your subs since it totally skipped my mind and I dont believe you touched on it in this vid.

No about about it.. COC was a lot more difficult back in the day. The attacks may have been simpler in the early days but the QOL changes implemented till date have made us OG players appreciate the little things like army loadouts and training time, to name a few.

It indeed was hard to farm back in the day. Troops costed immense amount of elixir. Dark elixir troops? They're war exclusive!!!!! There wasn't any events like we got now ever. Got 100 ish wall upgraded today with using super gobs in crystal league Lvl15-16 basically spent 3mil times 100 300mil elixir/gold
