The World's Sharpest Spear with 200 layers of Damascus steel from Three Kingdom | HammerForge

Hello everyone, this is my first attempt at crafting a long-range weapon. This long spear weapon is named 'Qulu,' inspired by a Three Kingdoms video game.
The forging of this long spear involved the use of two types of steel, Swedish-imported UHB20C and 15N20, creating a 200-layer Damascus steel. It has a total length of 2.4 meters and weighs 4 kilograms.

感覺中間少了幾個段落,像是如何把堆疊層數到200層的鋼胚切割焊接來得到想要的紋路 酸洗的時候應該是為了把中間部份的紋路腐蝕到很深,所以兩側刃面其實有上漆保護 整體的剪輯感覺都是以視覺效果為主,而不是展現匠人的工藝細節

@@FrChans 现代这没有什么秘密了，主要是组合方法，中间纹路黑白突出的是不同钢片间隔堆叠，可以用1+1或者1+2的比例调节花纹间隔，从竖立面锻打，后期经过化学反应得出更加明显的纹路，外侧的刀刃用同一种钢包裹锻造，最后的结果就是单色的。

紅纓的作用，是要防止敵方的血從槍頭往槍身流， 那個掛飾.... 槍尾尖錐是不可開刃的，開刃的尾錐無法抓握，會大大的提高整把武器的操作困難度，還有傷到使用者的風險 不過看在製作精美，還是給個讚

In indonesia. We believe that dry sharpen your blade is bad. It can make your blade soft. It lost its hardened from quenching, so we always using water and stone for sharpening
