I've been using this as immersion therapy. I developed a form of PTSD from my upstairs neighbors stomping and slamming things all day and night. Even with earplugs I was jumping up out of my sleep at every bang. On top of that, I already suffer from insomnia. Paid a transfer fee to move to the top floor, and the constant slamming of doors and cabinets was just as bad as the stomping. Started using this before sleep and throughout the day. I have slept like a baby. This gives the same vibrations when using headphones, and is much louder than anything my neighbors could do. I also have some form of exploding head syndrome that is heightened due to stress and anxiety. This has helped so much with my insomnia and EHS. Thank you!

Most likely , a majority of us bottom dwellers , I feel , would immensely enjoy and appreciate the beautiful sound of the hammer striking the wood for a longer period of time. 40 , 50 , or even 100 consecutive hours of this peaceful sound would be great if you can find the time. Upstairs neighbor has been scraping furniture, banging cabinets, banging doors, and stomping around at ALL hours of the day and ALL hours of the night for the last 2 months now. So much and so heavily that I find bits of popcorn ceiling all over my apartment. I have had no relief, even with my gaming headset, air pods, and music blasted, I still hear every single noise they make over them. I absolutely LOVE this video so much. I blast it over my surround sound speaker in my bedroom which is right under their bedroom, close the door, and turn on Netflix. Hopefully they feel the pain that I do👍🏻

Yes. I use ejay to. Import the different files I convert after recording to MP3 then compress in ejay. Open in wavelas then convert to MP3 . Drag onto phone with 32 gig. No contacts so no one can interrupt. New SIM card . Fully charged battery and fully charged loud as Bluetooth speaker. Then go out for the day. Classic lol

I use this for my upstairs neighbor. I connect my wireless speaker which I put at the top of my headboard turn this on nice and loud. I put it on and then I go to Starbucks to have a cup of coffee or seven or eight.
