Last night I had a dream that a big terraforming project went on and they built a mountain extension around it, the shaft was covered by glass and a second elevator was built right next to the origanal one and both elevators were put on the same controller and selector system and both elevators were modded and looked all boring and crappy and the worst part is that they removed the guide rails and the elevator was swinging like hell on the way up but going down was just fine somehow

Bottom Station and Top Station. There's nothing inbetween else than pure Nature. it's 153m (502ft) straight up or down with 3.15m (10.3ft)/s. It's Europes highest outdoor Elevator, opened in 1905, Restored and Refitted several Times, lastly 1992.
