This is so cool. Downloaded on my Mac, Pi, and iPhone. Edit: totally agree with offline version first. The export feature works good enough. Once the cloud sync comes out the convenience of that just puts the cherry on top. Good work man

I've bought and downloaded on my Fire hd 10+ and my iPhone. I'll probably be using the fire to log Pota. I'm a pen and paper guy with Pota, but I'm really impressed with this.. Anxious to try it out.. A lot of work with pen and paper, so hoping I can transgress to HAMRS!!

Probably already addressed but would be nice to be able to set the app to just sync to our cloud service that we already have (icloud, live, google) so the app developer doesn't have to have a backend sync database to manage. Will definitely be getting this app. Maybe a tip jar or something similar on the website so we can thank the developer? Thanks for the vid

If the duplicate alarm could pop up before you hit enter that would help. Like as soon as you tab off the call

When activating with HAMRS iOS , only the grid populates from P2P. How do I get the grid to populate from general hunters? I would really like to see all the contacts on the map. Great app.

Loving this. Very simple. Works on a iPad Mini. I like the templates, I can't wait to use it for winter field day. I hope it will export data in the proper format one day!!!

For it to bring up the name who you are talking do you need a WiFi connection? This would be better for my tablet because it is on my Verizon account.

A recent check on reviews of this software appears to be very negative. I was going to purchase the IOS version based on your video but unfortunately it appears the app support has gone awry more recently. Feedback please?

Everything I try to watch this video, I get interrupted by my wife or son and was never able to watch this whole video. Ok, I will say that you guys were using terms I’ve never heard of before and I will explain why. When Windows came out with their Win8 and Win10 nightmares, millions of us switched to using iPhones because we had no choice. I only used my Windows XP to check emails, do internet searches and program my Icom 880H rig only. Plus I hated the hours of Windows updates and once we got those iPhones, it was all over with, I can do everything on my iPhones and more than my NoteBook XP before it “blue screen” on us. So for the last 10 years, I’ve only needed my iPhones and still to this day, still no reason to buy a computer whatsoever. So I am going to Washington DC from May 22,2023 to June 6,2023 for a working vacation and to meet up with a bunch of my veterans buddies from my VVA Chapter 858 for Veterans Memorial Day Weekend and will be in the parade on Constitutional Avenue on May 29th. One of my main goals is to finally learn to do POTA activations since no one in Hawaii does them yet for the very same reason, we do everything in the world on our iPhones and absolutely no good reason to ever buy a computer ever again. Jason emailed me to download the HAMRS app and I did before I was a victim of a horrific accident in which I was t-boned by a 25 yr old girl doing 60+mph while on her cell phone, with no driver’s license, no registration, no safety inspection, disregarding the red light, several other citations including trying to flee the scene and hitting the the drivers door of the police sgt in his SUV with a blue light on top that was right behind me and witnessed the entire accident. The only thing she did have was her mommy and daddy’s USAA insurance coverage but they have been a nightmare to deal with and their preferred list of body shops. So I understand that person can do POTA’s with just an iPhone at these National Parks in DC and that is my goal in DC is to learn to do that. So far, in the last few weeks, I have searched for every YT video that has to do with POTA’s and not one gives a person a step by step instructions of how to do POTA’s with just a iPhone and a radio like my G90, which is disappointing. It’s like Icom’s last release of their IC-905, which should of been the 100 watt version of the IC-705 and should of been named the IC-9000 or something like that. Right now, there is only two rigs fitting to do POTA’s, the Xiegu G90 and the Icom IC-705 with the SDR waterfalls that are small and really portable for SOTA’s and POTA’s but neither one does 100+ watts. Which ever manufacturer comes out with a small portable 100+ watt rig for travel use first is going to absolutely bury all the other manufacturers overnight. I have the G90 and it’s still the best rig I’ve ever owned, just wish it could do 120 watts with amplifiers and additional tuners. No one else has a rig with a tuner and built in analyzer like the Xiegu G90. I might even buy a second one if other manufacturers don’t get their act together. Thanks for this video about HAMRS, still trying to figure out some of the computer terms that were used. Thanks again, Todd WH6DWF 🇺🇸🤙🏻

Biggest disadvantage of this app is that you can't sync logbooks between for example your phone and laptop or between your laptop and home pc even manually - you can only export files.
