New to the channel, i was talking with an old military buddy and asked him if he remembers how to build the 292 field expedient antenna we use to make for our PRC-77, he laughed, told him i was going to get into ham and i was going to build one like the old days! So were i am going with this , have you ever built a Jungle 292 field expedient antenna, home brew Antenna / Omnidirectional?

I've built plenty of field expedient antennas. It just depends on the band you're trying to hit.
