No don't do it. Syrian hamsters are solitary and will fight to death if put with each other. Your hamsters are much better alone.

And please do NOT breed them especially if you've brought them from pet shops. Theyre poorly bred just for the sake of selling them, so there's a high chance that they'll have bad genes. Anything could go wrong with the female and her pups (injury, infections, etc..) and it'll cost you a lot to cure them.

They will if you put a male and female together. Only when the femalw is in heat. However, doing so is what is calles backyard breeding, pretty much the same as if you were doing that to a cat or a dog, its backyard breeding and ones from the petshop should never ever be bred. Syrians are also solitary and must never have a cagw mate. Males seperated at 4 weeks due to them being hormonal at that point, and then the females seperated from mum too at 6ish weeks. Period. Do your research. Also there are certain coat types that relate to genes to which they cannot be bred at all, which causes eyeless hamsters, deformed hamsters a d many other issues medically and physically.
