@beauwalker9820 yep. It was part of the Family sports franchise that Namco had including Family jockey (horse racing), and Family Stadium which got localized as RBI Baseball in the states and as Batter Up on the Game Gear.

Where’s Macross in the West?

​@ThunderFist1978 you heard right. Harmony Gold's overseas ownership of Macross which got localized as Robotech is the reason why Super Dimension Fortress Macross is a Japanese exclusive

​@ThunderFist1978 I'm still fighting against the companies to do so since the licensing issues are getting ridiculous recently after Harmony Gold finally made a deal with Big West back in 2021. I already bought the game after I made Japanese accounts but I won't give up for an overseas release so keep fighting no matter what #FuckHarmonyGold
