Ronnie we met back in December at Hamta pass. Myself and my husband were having rajma-chawal at a small eating joint when you came in to get something. My husband recognized you and I almost pushed him to go n meet you. So glad we met. You said you were going to stay in the igloo made by your friend and make a video on it. We wouldn’t go on this trek if it wasn’t for the pandemic ... it’s true this is the busiest trek in Himachal and Big groups of 100’s a day create a lot of mess ... our authorities need to to pay more attention to these kind of trails and limit access ... ✊

But, after UK floods the traffic of tourists is increasing more in Himachal. And it is high time for Himachal government to make some strict laws in terms of in coming traffic from other states. Else the nature will blemish by our own hands.

I have been to this trekk, it's spectacularly beautiful! That feels, that trail, the river crossing, rock climbing at few instances, constant sound of river flowing wherever we setup our camp side is a blessing. I am so glad that you made a video of this trail! This one was also one of my first Himalayan trek. Hence, it's special to me. Thanks for making this and making me feel those moments again.
