Well I’d say do ur research before giving money to any consultant . Transferring credit hours from any Pakistani university to Uk university sounds a bit suspicious. Some students have transferred their HND (which is UK certified 2 years diploma) into last year (3rd year) of Uk degree after meeting their certain requirements such as IElts n other things but I haven’t heard of converting Pakistani degree into uk degree
