I have a dear friend who is a convert she married a Muslim man from Africa. He is trying to convince her to move there with him and I am terrified for her. I got a Qur'an and have been reading it and it is the most hateful thing I've ever read. I am a spiritual person and I consider myself a conscious awakened human being. I pray that she finds the truth 🙏🥰

Please don’t let her do it, it would be a huge mistake. Being a former convert myself I’ve seen how some of these men lust after fair skinned White women by pretending to be “pious” and religious. They’re experts at manipulation. He’s not interested in her religiosity or dedication to Islam. She would find it very hard to adjust to life in a foreign country especially after growing up in a secular, tolerant and liberal society.

She should expect from him to chose either he respects her choices/believes or not. If he still insists he never cared for her, it is that simple. Why he doesn't convert to her religion or leave it all together? Does she respect herself to be more than just a property, a field for him to plough, see Quran 2:223? 🤔

I think the solution is what you're doing: spreading awareness and education about Islam and what its teachings actually are. Because I genuinely believe a lot of ignorance exists amongst Muslims about the implications of Islam, as well as a general lack of proper skepticism about Islam's claims.

I am proudly a Muslim ❤ If Huddud is to be carried out and limited to Islamic theocratic state, I am in support of it. After all, being in an Islamic theocratic state, is agreeing to live under its law. So if you want to leave Islam, then do it where the law is not binding (leaving the state). Proudly a Muslim ❤
@theironknight5975 ай бұрын
That's bullshit. Nobody willingly lives under a state where they can be executed for such a thing. This is the equivalent of saying someone sends themself to hell.
