You have some good insights in your reaction. It's well known that Han struggles with anxiety and depression, and has had some public panic attacks. I'm sure he's had private ones, too. His experiences often creep into his lyrics. But......he's always trying NOT to stay in that dark tunnel. I think it actually helps him to write those kinds of lyrics - it gives him a voice to release some of his worries out to the universe, instead of keeping it all bottled up inside. The interesting thing about Han's music is, even while the lyrics might be dark, the music he composes to go with those lyrics can actually be quite groovy, snappy and jazzy. It's such a contrast. The good thing is, the other members of SKZ (and the staff) know his triggers and know how to react to help him. They are protective of Han because he is so very loved.

Being a Stay for so long, I always adore the members and staff being overprotective of him, especially Chan & Lee Know. Chan mentioned once in his live about how Han improved a lot from his struggles. I might also be experiencing some private anxiety and panic attacks, since 3racha+Hyunjin stayed in the same house, I believe Chan saw and be there for all of it. As for Lee Know, we know how important Han for Lee Know is and vice versa. I wholeheartedly believe he's there for Han on all of those episodes. As we all know LeeKnow, he is the type of person who will be in productive mode and take care of the members in need. Overall, all SKZ members are each other's protector when one of them needs help.

My personal thought so it could be wrong. I think his health condition would get worse if the company continues pushing him back to stay behind the scene and gets no chance/ no job to do. Once you are full of thought and people keep doubting and shutting you down, not giving you a chance to be pulled out from the dark tunnel to do something you love, the condition will get worse. He got emotional writing blind spot, telling a lot of work that goes behind the scene but noone can see since people only care about the surface. He penned the lyrics in Don't say song telling people not to tell him what he cannot do. Now this song tells people he's in desert island and needs to watch everyone dancing on the stage, not him. Hope he has enough courage to end his contract next year with jype and sign solo contract somewhere that makes him happy and confident again.

This is the comment I was looking for, I feel the same, plus Han was never the type of person to give up and leave the stage even when he is sick, he loves the stage and being busy helps him not to overthink too much, even he He said that he prefers to be busy, but the company has managed his schedule so badly and they have even been depriving him of group things, it is not the solution, he still wants to try things and show that his condition is not a limitation but people continue to limit him .

I've been really worried about Han lately. He seems even more into his world, I hope he's getting professional help and have time to rest. I totally relate to him in so many times. I suffer with anxiety and depression for many many years and I know how's like feeling we are alone in a desert island, that we are an "Alien". Yeah same I'm really worried about Han not getting any support from his company like other members. There is no promotion effort come to him like give him a show where he can just talk about music or a photoshoot or OST. Those jobs are the one Han said he loves to do if being given an opportunity, and these don't involve big group of strangers/ public crowds. I hope he signs his solo contract next year with other companies which can appreciate his talent and passion on music and give him the platform to fly and soar. Too bad he got into the wrong company so his life is not "full of starlight" and he's losing his confidence as time goes by. So many songs he has written telling people don't say he cannot do this and that. I hope people give him chance to fly.

And yeah, I do lots of stuff, I study, I work, I dance, I sing and many times I'm happy, but it's tiring to feel like this, is tiring to feel an outsider and, if I didn't have help, I'd be hopeless. He has the other members by his side and I bet they do everything in their reach to help him, but we need professional help as well and I just hope he is getting it. I’m so confused by the types of stays in the comments who think they know everything about there idol and what there thinking,Say things like the company is forcing the members the company is bad. You have no right to say things like that about stray kids or Han like it is a god given fact. Firstly in u knew the group u would know chan would never allow them to be mistreated by the company. Stop saying these things because u actually can hurt the idol not the company. Secondly Han has said he gets his Inspiration through the things he watches just like his last song about love wasn’t about him but a show he had watched. the lyrics to this song are so upsetting when you know how badly han has been mistreated under jyp. "No lie, thought my life would be full of Starlight. for now, no more dreams, everything gets shut down." the way hes not been allowed to publish his OWN music when he wants to, not having equal opportunities (if any at all). only have about 2 or 3 solo schedules in the entirety of his 7 year long career. its so so infuriating. He is the only one who still don't have any photo shoots at all when their career is at its peak and the promotion that the company is doing to the other members is in full swing. But they don't give anything to Han who is part of who made Stray Kids career as successful as they are now because of his smart brain in writing songs and iconic lyrics in their songs. But the jype never appreciate his hard work.

Finally someone said it all..feel the same as Stay since their debut era.. sometimes his anxiety not to mention just on and off maybe becoz this kind of treatment he got from jype.. sometimes he looks down on stage but still i want our han during their early debut back where he was happy and swag all the time together with changbin but now the energy goes to lee know instead..lee know in their early debut not so loud sometimes i wondered did they switch the body?😅 Silly me.. but thankfully they take care of each other very much.. hopefully this song becomes as a stepping stone for jype give more attention and chances to him to shine just like other members and not left him behind..😢

This is all so true. I'm glad I am seeing more and more people notice this. Han is the person in the group with the most potential to go solo and have a great, well-rounded career. Not only is he the Ace of skz, he's the most stable live, has great stage presence, has the most watched Skz record, the most skz records in total and the three fastest skz records to get 1Million views. On top of that, han is the only member to have written entire OT8 tracks for their albums consistently from cle 1 onwards. I believe that JYPE has a history of holding back thier artists particularly towards the end of their contracts if they're deemed as a threat.

i see u pasted my comment from another reaction, im glad u did and that u added more. hans situation is a really difficult one, by speaking out about his mistreatment it gets taken in all the wrong ways and so most stays refuse to even acknowledge it. people like to reduce him to his anxiety and say he doesn’t want solo schedules, when he has called out div1 so many times and especially on bubble. telling stays to “scold div1” for him etc. he chose to be an idol, and one who is also a main producer of his own group’s music at that - why do his own fanbase try to defend jyp by saying it’s han’s choice when everything he has ever said about it would point to the exact opposite. i just hope more of us start to realise the situation, and that nothing will happen if we pay it no mind.
