I've got goosebumps, I knew Joowon always had his eyes on Dongsik but without your video I don't think I would have how often he watched him from afar or closely 😳 Your video really highlighted Yeo Jingoo's acting 👏🏽 It's amazing how with just his eyes he managed to convey pain, anger and love ! Dong sik's smiling looked like a mad person's smile throughout the whole drama but his smile in the last second of last episode was a genuine smile like he ultimately found peace.

This movie, like the movie the devil judge are both BL without the kissing. It’s well done but it’s obvious that the chemistry between these two guys is a lot more than platonic. It is highly intense and very intimate. And I don’t need kissing or sex scenes to see that. This edit is amazing and the movie is a masterpiece. I love it

Rants mixed with spoilers ahead… I was getting some intense Hannibal vibes from the show for the first five or six episodes. So, I was getting so excited about the possibility of that kind of dynamic portrayed in a K-drama (like an actual evil person-monster who becomes mutually emotionally-attached to the person who initially wanted to bring him to justice). However, it became really apparent that in the next episodes that Dong Shik is not in fact evil or a monster. That, along with the weird way the show reveals its secrets, made me a bit disappointed in the show. It was sort of marketed that way, but I guess it is still my fault for assuming. But ah! So much potential. The performances are amazing though. And Shin Ha Kyun was definitely the apple of my eye for this drama. He nails the evil-eyed charismatic role, which makes me all the more sad that the character wasn’t like that at all. Anyway, awesome video and song choice!! This really reminded me of my hopes for the drama.

I totally get what you mean! I did start watching BE expecting to watch a sort of Korean version of Hannibal (I mean, I expected the relationship of the two main leads to be similar to that of Will Graham and Hannibal) but at the same time, I also thought that, if it were to be really similar, it would have been too much and I would have thought, in a way, that the screenwriter did not make a lot of effort. So I'm kinda glad it turned out differently and I still love both shows haha

It’s a great show, very different from other mystery/crime/thrillers in terms of story telling, but great nonetheless. I was just really excited for that sort of relationship portrayed in a K-drama but the one in Beyond Evil was also awesome and complex. I was definitely too biased when I first typed my original comment. Haha! But I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought of Hannibal!

Beyond Evil is an amazing drama with incredibly brilliant performances throughout. This is a beautiful edit that showcases the varied and intense emotions Han Joo-Won has towards Lee Dong-Sik in each scene. For those who haven't seen it, this is NOT a romance nor does it need to be. It is intense, suspenseful, emotional and absolutely worth watching.
