Thank you Kim for releasing a new video about Hana after the video in 2020. I felt lucky to taste your Hana at December of 2020. I was impressed that Hana’s excellent performance at different season, I look forward to my Hana bearing fruits next year.

Wow, I could not believe how Hana could be so good when I visited Kim and got the chance to taste this unique Hana she showed in the video yesterday afternoon. The smell of the Hana is so different from the one I tasted at Kim’s home on Dec. 2020, the fragrance is different and very strong even through she stored the slice in refrigerator for couple days, it is a strong lychee fragrance with hint of coconut and durian. When I tasted, my mouth is full of the fragrance of lychee and hint of coconut, no durian. The one I tasted on 2020 is only with hint of coconut. This Hana gave me a big surprise, then I understood why Kim was so excited and overwhelmed in the video. I do not like durian fruit’s strong smell personally, but this Hana is with the hint of durian, which means it was diluted, and smell pleasant. So good! Thanks a lot for inviting me to taste the unique Hana, and feeding me with so many DF, the most unforgettable is Hana, hana!!! Looking forward to seeing how the other Hana taste like. Please release more videos for this year’s Hana!

How many days do you harvest from bloom? Fruit cracks, not too sweet. Hawaii

Depend on the fruit is ready depend on temp. at your location . You can tell when color of the fruit give a shinny skin that the skin are thinner . I like to gentle squeeze the fruit that I can tell ready to harvest . Hard to say how many days . If your fruit late season with rainy and cold will take longer to ripe but in season that are warm fruit can harvest from 40 to 45 days from bloom to harvest . Fruit crack can be over-ripen if in summer will be sweet but in winter with rain will be lack of sweet and jelly flesh then it’s not great !
