Firefly's 2 deaths, the buttons Sparkle gave away, Boothill and Aventurine, not to mention I would imagine that we get some peace negotiations like the fake ending intended. And, we still havent seen Firefly'(SAM)s green winged form. Im guessing we'll get a prologue with Firefly's POV, where we witness these deaths. Himeko mentioned the third death being put to unending sleep by the Order. So the second death probably happens inbetween the fake ending and our walk through the grand theather. But just who will she confront that will require her to use that form of her armor?

Probably Firefly went after the current leader of Penacony (the one who talks through crows). In the cutscene after her departure, we can see all the crows “turning off” and dropping next to Sunday, which means, she was successful.
