28 min games was pretty long generally any gm since thunderbelt launched if i bought it as first item then it is like definite that the game will end within 12 min max it extended to 15. So never got a chance to see the real effect of thunder belt(54 max stack reached till today)😂.

Thunder belt is only half for mm and mage. This item should be for tank/support only. 😅😅😅😅 would balance it. But if it was applied to all. This item would be so broken. I mean it kinda is considering the new cod passive. That passive was good enough on breastplate. Cod old passive was for mage only. Now it's for magic tank? Ml is fun. But thier approach is a bit off. 😅😅😅😅
