First of all you look STUNNING. Second, I relate to you about trying to learn how to speak Korean. I'm half Korean and can understand a lot of it verbally but have a hard time speaking. I can speak in short broken phrases (barely) but I wanna become more comfortable with it. (Also never visited Korea but I will!) Finally, I am one of those people who really enjoy your content no matter what the numbers are! 💖

Having an identity crisis when you go back to your motherland is HARD. People don’t really understand unless they are in that situation. This is the time to immerse yourself in the culture because even if your speaking improves or it doesn’t (definitely take a language class to help improve what you might already know) it’s still important to get all the nitty gritty details about your culture the ideas and taboos to understand where you’ll fit in. It’s not easy but I have faith that you’ll be able to feel a little better with time and practice! Love the videos and try to enjoy this new time in your life!

I can confidently say that your videos are my favourite to watch on KZbin, and in terms of longevity I think that your genuine personality and connection with your viewers is so valuable! You're one of the only content creators I have notifications for YT and IG 🥺 Obv numbers are something to consider as a creator, but I feel like KZbin/algorithms are changing and it's not in your control. YT makes up these random rules and you just gotta scratch your head wondering what is happening lol.. Your past uploads have been so fun and I always try to like and comment on them to keep that engagement up, hahaha. I hope that you know you're doing awesome. Moving to a new country & experiencing an identity crisis is totally normal. You're gonna ride the wave and figure things out, and we'll be here to catch your back!

Hana, I had the same experience with being Indian and traveling to India. When you look like everyone else they assume you understand as well. But I never learned my mother tongue/any Indian language either. It definitely felt like an identity crisis. I didn't understand what made me Indian. But no one can tell you who you are and learning a language is hard. Be gentle with yourself and know that others have felt the same way :)
