Score and break. It's the most accurate IMO. Even a carpet knife blade will work if it's new. Dremel the pin holes or use a fine step bit. I used to work at a hobby shop with a race track out back and painted hundreds of bodies as a side gig. Regular old exacto straight out of the box was my favorite. Just use a drag, score the line, then break it off.

Not all blades are created equal
