sorry if this question is weird, but how do you hold your needle when you embroider with both hands? i have a hard time using both hands to stitch and i wonder if there is a specific technique you might be using?

Not sure if you've found it yet, but they use a stand that holds the cloth in place, leaving both hands free. You can see a bit of it at the beginning of part 1.
