Hello good sir. I have SEVERE tendonitis in both of my flexors tendons. The tendons are so inflammed that they push out of my skin, there is a big bump on Zone V. I’ve had it for about 1year and tendon capacity is very low. How can I know how much load the tendons can handle for exercising and healing? May you answer thank you🙏🏾❤️

Basically, if are experiencing pain, the load is too much on the tendon/muscle. Have you consulted a doctor in this regard?

@@GKHandSurgery yes i have been to the doctor, but is any pain bad at all while exercising? Or is some small pain ok? Because i do feel pain but not significantly.

@@Piigoo1 Some amount of tolerable pain in acceptable. Too much pain will cause more harm than good.
